RETURNS POLICY I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with an item you have purchased you may return it to me without any problems at all I want you to be happy this is the best advertisment there is so please do not worry at all!. For a full refund, the item must be returned undamaged and unused in the original boxes, and with all original certificates. There can be no scratches or marks on the item, and no sign of wear; the product cannot have been altered in any way. I cannot accept a return of an item that has been used, this is not fair to anybody and all refunds are subject to my inspection. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your merchandise, and submit to the following guidelines: 1. You must contact myself on 0044 788 791 8259, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM within 7 days of receipt of merchandise I will answer the phone no excuses. 2. I will authorise your return and issue a return authorisation number this is for my benefit as well as the vendors. Returns will not be accepted without this number you and I need proof. 3. All items must be returned unworn, unaltered and undamaged again that is fair. 4. All packages must be sent by REGISTERED MAIL or SECURE COURIER, and must be fully insured for the value of the item(s) we must not take chances. 5. IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST AND NOT INSURED, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL COST OF THE ITEMS I WOULD PAY IF IT WERE ME MAKING THE MISTAKE so again be fair. 6. A Copy of the invoice must be included with the package in order for a full refund to be issued. Any package missing this document will be charged a £3.50 additional fee with no exceptions. 9. The Estate & Legacy Jewellery Co. is not responsible for any packages it does not receive or returns not submitted in accordance with these guidelines. |
