How to Proceed

If you want to sell any of your old broken or unwanted Jewellery,  proceed with an Assessment, Purchase or

Exchange or an item of Not New,  But, New to You jewellery !

This is a personal service and without you the customer, There is no business!!!.

We need to talk about your requirements, this is not an Internet shop, it is a personal service using the Internet for convenience and all payments are made via Cheques using £'s sterling, euro's, Cash, Postal orders or paypal, if you prefer we can use electronic transfer bank to bank.

This site is a shop in the high street local to you, we speak to each other this is the difference.

I am at your service for any inquiries that you may have with respect to jewellery and will be  pleased to chat to you between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday regarding any concerns you may have.  

If you decide to send me an item, Always use a Courier or Registered post with the Insurance Paid, to cover You for any loss that may occur in transit this is most important.

 We don't want to take chances!

 I will always send you an email when the item arrives, you then know without doubt it is here and so you have peace of mind and a receipt from me and the transport company.
